European champion bloodline Maine Coons raised underfoot in our Murrieta, California home. Health-tested parents, WCF pedigrees, and kittens shipped to families across the country and around the world.
The Maine Coon is the largest non-hybrid domesticated cat breed in the world and one of the oldest natural breeds in North America. Known for their impressive size, thick luxurious coats, and famously friendly personalities, Maine Coons have earned the nickname "gentle giants" for good reason.
They are social without being demanding, playful without being destructive, and gentle without being timid — a combination that makes them one of the most universally loved breeds in the world. At Mindful Maine Coons, we breed for everything that makes this breed extraordinary: size, health, temperament, and that unmistakable Maine Coon presence.
Every breeding cat at Mindful Maine Coons comes from champion bloodlines. Our Kings and Queens carry World Cat Federation (WCF)-registered pedigrees with conformation champions throughout their lineage — formally recognized as outstanding examples of the breed.
Combined with our comprehensive health testing, champion pedigrees are how we ensure every kitten looks, feels, and acts like the very best of the breed.
Not all Maine Coon breeders are created equal. Here's what sets us apart from the rest.
Champion Bloodlines
Every kitten comes from WCF champion pedigrees with titled ancestors, meaning the size, structure, and breed type your kitten will grow into have been proven across generations.
Health-Tested Parents
Both parents have been health tested for SMA, PKD, and HCM. Our breeding cats also receive regular echocardiograms. All cats are vaccinated and dewormed regularly. Parent health reports available upon request.
TICA & CFA Registered
Our cattery and all breeding cats are registered with both TICA and CFA, the two most respected cat registries in North America.
European Bloodlines
We specialize in European-style Maine Coons known for their dramatic look: strong muzzles, tall tufted ears with lynx tips, heavy bone, and impressive size.
Worldwide shipping
We assist with shipping across the United States and internationally. Health certificates and import logistics handled. Buyer covers shipping.
Lifetime support
We don't disappear after the sale. Every family has access to lifetime breeder support — health, behavior, grooming, care.

How big will my Maine Coon kitten get?
+
Males typically reach 15 to 22 pounds on average, with some exceptional cats exceeding 25. Females usually weigh 10 to 15 pounds. From nose to tail, a fully grown Maine Coon can measure up to 40 inches. They're slow growers — most don't reach full size until three to five years old.
Do you ship Maine Coon kittens?
+
Yes. We can arrange domestic shipping via a pet courier or flight nanny, or you're welcome to pick up your kitten in person at our Murrieta, California home. We also ship internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote.
What health testing do you do?
+
All breeding cats are health tested for SMA, PKD, and HCM. Our breeding cats also receive regular echocardiograms to monitor heart health over time, as heart conditions can develop even in genetically clear cats. All cats are vaccinated against FVRCP and dewormed regularly.
What does "champion bloodlines" mean?
+
It means the cats in our breeding program have ancestors who earned Champion titles at cat shows judged by organizations like the World Cat Federation (WCF). "CH" before a cat's name on a pedigree indicates a Champion title earned through formal evaluation against the breed standard.
